Earlier on today, news went viral that Nigeria's top singer Tuface had
gotten another lady pregnant. I heard about it, read all the comments
from readers asking me to post the story but because it was an
obvious lie, I chose to wait till Tuface reacts to it.
Icon Weekly said they authoritatively were informing the public that a
young lady who works for one of the new generation banks, Teniola, is
three months pregnant for Tuface. That Teniola, who hails from Ado-
Ekiti, Ekiti State and a graduate of University of Lagos, has been
2Face’s account officer for a long time now. And that 2face wants the
pregnancy terminated, that he had been begging Teniola with a brand
new car to get rid of the pregnancy and keep the scandal out of
media radar.
Well, Tuface just denied the report and according to him, if he was
expecting, he will announce it himself. Read his tweets below:

A Pentecostal pastor and founder of Full Gospel Tabernacle in Jesus
Name, Pasor Jamie Coots known for his antics of preaching
with snakes coiled around him has lost his life after one of the snakes
suddenly bit him.
Relying on the anointing and what he called Jesus
Christ's instruction, Pastor Jamie demonstrated through his
preaching that believers will be supernaturally protected from harm
when handling snakes. Unfortunately, the snake he's been using to

The son of a popular governor, who lost out in the 2011 elections but
is already printing campaign posted to go back to government house
in 2015, has been caught with his gang of Yahoo Boys with huge

According to OluFamous.Com source, the ex-governor's son and
others have been released by EFCC men in a deal that saw them
parting with One Million Naira (N1million) each as secret bail.
He said "Shina Peller", who is their boss, summoned Alhaji Gay to his
office in VI but the controversial man was said to have claimed he
know nothing about the EFCC operation, adding that the operatives
just called him to show them the houses of the Yahoo Boys.
He also claimed the EFCC men work under G Runs (whatever that
means) and the items recovered have all, in total disregard for the
law, been shared among themselves.

The release of “The Adventures Of Wapipi
Jay”, the first ever Ghanaian pó’rnographic

Although the movie was purported to have been shot
on locations in New York and Los Angeles, the
appearance of the rooms used looked like hostels in
Ghana.
Information coming from the Victoria Island police station indicates
that MAVIN singer, Tiwa Savage, was in hot soup last Saturday and
was almost charged to court until she swallowed her pride and
apologized to the police she had assaulted after she was stopped for
violating traffic laws.
“Tiwa Savage refused to stop at a traffic light around
Adetokunbo Ademola Street near Eko Hotel and Suites. When we
attempted to accost her, she refused to park her car as
instructed by the policemen.
“Since there was a traffic snarl at the time, a policeman followed
her car and insisted that she must stop. After a while, she
stopped and started raining abuses on all of us so, we took her
to the station...
“On getting to the station, a senior officer advised her to
apologise because she was wrong and there were even

A police source said the senior office on duty took pity on Tiwa
Savage when it became obvious that she had realised her wrong
action. He then asked his boys to release her and drop the charge
against her.

The Supervising Minister for Education, Nyesom Wike, has been
declared a traitor and an archenemy of his home state, Rivers, by the
State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
“Wike is a bad example of how to be a politician. He is a man
without principle, a man who feels no compunction about biting
the finger that feeds him. He is a traitor who has by his words
and actions made himself the enemy of those in Rivers State who
made him whom he is politically and sent him to Abuja to
represent them, only for him to turn coat.”
“It would be recalled that when Governor Amaechi confronted
Chief Wike with Apostle Suleiman’s prophecy he swore with his
children that he would not betray the governor. The State
Commissioner for Commerce and Industry and Leader of Non-
Indigenes Political Forum, Barr. Chuma Chinye, who witnessed
that encounter, is still alive and can testify to it. However, like
the unprincipled man that he is, Wike soon got carried away with
his new status in Abuja and turned against both Governor
Amaechi and the good people of Rivers State, whose interest he
is supposed to be protecting.
"He is now an archenemy of the state preoccupied with making
life difficult for Amaechi and for Rivers people and is happy to be
recognised as the arrowhead of the opposition to Amaechi,
causing much harm to the economy and security of Rivers
State.”
The State Interim Chairman of APC, Dr. Davies Ibiamu Ikanya, stated
this in a statement issued on Feb. 16 in Port Harcourt, while
lambasting Wike "for repaying the good done to him by the State
Governor, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, with evil."
The State APC Interim Chairman however appealed to Governor
Amaechi not to be demoralized by Wike’s betrayal after the Governor
influenced his becoming a second term Chairman of Obio/Akpor LGA
of Rivers State when the people vowed to deny him a second term
over his disrespect for elders, arrogance and poor performance.
Ikanya recalled that Gov. Amaechi thereafter in 2011 went against the
prophecy of the popular cleric Apostle Johnson Suleiman that he
would be making the greatest mistake of his life if he recommended
Wike as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria .
The Rivers APC Interim Chairman congratulated Senator Abe on the
successful Thanksgiving Service held for him in his hometown church
(Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion situated at Bera in Ogoni in
Rivers State) to express thanks to God Almighty for sparing his life
after he was shot by the police on 12th January, 2014 during the
aborted rally organised by the Save Rivers Movement in Obio/Akpor.
He also expressed happiness that “for every Wike, there are the likes
of Senator Magnus Abe, Hon. Dakuku Peterside and many other
political heavyweights who have remained loyal to Gov. Amaechi and
to improving the lot of the good people of Rivers State.”

removing his cap from his head. The policeman was said to have
stopped Tiwa Savage after she violated traffic law and she stepped
out of her car and in the heat of the moment removed his cap and
threw it away.

The United States government has vowed to continue to press
the Nigerian government to reverse its anti**-g*y law.**
The US Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Linda
Thomas-Greenfield, said this during a live-web chat with
journalists in Washington. Our correspondent monitored the web
chat in Abuja.
Thomas-Greenfield also said that America was not bothered that
Chinese companies were fast taking over the African market from
their US counterparts.
President Goodluck Jonathan had on January 7, 2014 assented
to the Same s*x Marriage (Prohibition) Bill 2013 which
criminalises homosexuality in the country.
On January 14 when it became public that the President had
signed the bill into law, the US, Canada and the European Union
openly expressed reservations over the law.
Thomas-Greenfield, who said the US had adopted the protection
of the rights of same-s*x people as part of its foreign policies,
vowed that Washington would continue to mount and sustain
pressure on Nigeria and other countries to reverse their laws
against the l*n, g*y, Bisexual, and Transgender community.
She said, “As a government, it is one of the highest priorities and
strongest values that discrimination against anyone based on
their sexual orientation and gender identity is wrong. We believe
human rights should be available to everybody.
“As a policy, we will continue to press the government of Nigeria
as well as other governments who have provided legislation that
discriminate against the LGBT community.”
Thomas-Greenfiled, who did not agree that pressuring Nigeria to
reverse the anti-g*y law amounted to interference, said the
country and Uganda had the hardest legislation on the g*y
community.
She said, “This is very much a work in progress, but I think you
will agree with me that the law in Nigeria really went far in
discriminating against this community but also people who
associate with them.
“So we will continue to press the government, to press the
legislature to change these laws and provide human rights for all
Nigerian people regardless of their sexual orientation.”
She, however, did not disclose if the US would impose sanctions
on the countries with anti-g*y laws to achieve its objectives.
Thomas-Greenfield was optimistic that the U.S would win the
fight to protect the LGBT community.
She said, “With what is happening in the US, you can determine
how far we are willing to go. We strongly believe human rights
for all people and we are particularly opposed to legislation that
actually targets the g*y community for discrimination. So we are
prepared to push this as a policy not just in Africa but across
the world.”

On January 18, 2014, Adeleke, who is an apprentice meat seller
at Tinubu Market in Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos, allegedly added his name
to a long list of s*xual predators walking the streets of Lagos.**
That day, which would change the life of 12-year-old Bisola (not
real name) forever, was when Adeleke ambushed the young girl
and defiled her for one hour.
Adeleke was eventually arrested but in his attempt to escape
from the police custody, he was hit by a moving vehicle when he
ran across the road.
Adeleke’s boss supplies meat to Bisola’s mother, a food vendor.
It was learnt that the suspect had on occasions delivered meat
to the girl’s mother.
Giving detail of the incident, Bisola narrated;
“I followed a friend to buy sugar in the market (she sells sugar to
assist her family) and when I was coming, he (Adeleke) told me
to follow him to their shop to collect meat for my mother. I
followed him but I did not enter the shop. There was nobody else
around. It was after 7pm. He told me to enter but I said he
should bring out the meat. He then said I should take the meat
from the freezer. As I attempted to open the freezer, he grabbed
me and tied a cloth over my face and mouth. “He held me down
and pulled off my pants. He did not leave me until around
8.30pm. I could not shout. The place was dark.”
The girl paused, her eyes moist with tears as she narrated the
story. “I am happy a vehicle hit him,” she said.
Bisola was defiled for an hour by her estimation. She said she
remembered the time Adeleke finally released her because she
had to look at the clock on the wall of the shop because she
knew her mother would have been looking for her. The young girl
rushed out of her captor’s embrace bleeding and bruised. But
shame and confusion would not allow her to go straight to her
mother.
Her mother narrated that on that fateful day, she had expected
Bisola to return but when she did not, she retired to bed,
thinking that her daughter must have stayed late in her friend’s
house.
“I heard her enter the house later. But around 3am, she started
to sob loudly,” she said.
Both mother and daughter live in a small decrepit wooden shack
around Gowon Estate.
When the woman went to check on her daughter, she noticed her
underwear was soaked in blood. which had started running down
her legs. She was about to scream but quickly changed her mind
because she was afraid of alerting her husband, Bisola’s step-
father, to what had happened.
“But by morning, I could not hide it anymore. She told me the
person responsible for it and around 5am, we went to report at
the Gowon Estate Police Division, Ipaja. The man was later
arrested,” the woman said.
Bisola was taken to the hospital and a doctor who examined her
immediately recommended surgery to repair her damaged private
part. After the surgery, she was on admission for two days.
The doctor’s report obtained by our correspondent indicated that
she was brought to the hospital “bleeding profusely from second
degree laceration in her private part and broken hymen.”
But a day after the young man was arrested, he was released by
the police.
Director of the Esther Child Rights Foundation, Mrs. Esther Ogwu,
said she intervened in the matter when the victim’s step brother
reported the incident to her.
She told Saturday PUNCH, “It was really absurd that he would be
released that way. I could not believe that in the face of the
increasing child abuse and molestation being reported every day,
the police could still release a suspect without promptly charging
him to court.
“The girl was defiled on a Saturday; by Monday, the man was
arrested. But by Wednesday, the family said they went to the
police station and were informed by the investigating police
officer that he had been released.
“I informed the Lagos Public Advice Centre of the development
and officials of the centre contacted the police division. The IPO
was forced to rearrest the boy. I just wonder if the police have
heard of the Child Rights Act.”
One of the reasons for enacting the Child Rights Act in 2003 is
to stem the tide of child abuse and molestation in Nigeria and
reinforce the legal provision against it.
Adeleke was rearrested and locked up preparatory to his transfer
to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba.
But the suspect had a different idea. He decided to escape. As
soon as the IPO turned her back, Adeleke ran out of the station
and was about to cross the road when he was hit by a
commercial bus.
Of course, the bus did not stop, as he would later tell our
correspondent in the hospital.
An OP Mesa military team, who saw him injured on the road
took him to the hospital.
Asked why he decided to escape, he said, “I was just afraid. I did
not know that it would become such a serious matter.”
But when he was asked why he defiled the girl when he could
have paid to sleep with a commercial s*x worker, he said he did
not r*pe her.
“I did not r*pe her sir. She is my girlfriend. We have been dating
since early last year. She always called me ‘okobo’ (a Yoruba
word for eunuch),” he said.
Bisola’s mother would later refute this claim as a concocted
story because she only moved to Ipaja with her daughter in
August 2013.
Adeleke disputed that Bisola is just 12 years old which makes
her a minor.
He said Bisola had told him that she was 18 years old. But when
our correspondent met the girl, there was nothing to indicate
that a man could be fooled into thinking she could even be up to
15 years old.
The suspect said, “That day, I went to buy fuel and she followed
me. When I returned home, I told her to leave but she would not.
She was tickling me and calling me okobo.
“I told her to leave and I saw her off but she came back and
started tickling me again. I then decided to do it. But when I
pulled off her underwear and realised she was still a virgin, I
decided to leave her but she started taunting me again. Then I
did it. I did not know that she would bleed like that and that it
would become a police matter.”
When asked why he blindfolded and muffled the girl’s mouth
with a piece of cloth, Adeleke denied doing that.
The young man, who said he was an indigene of Abeokuta, only
finished primary school.
It’s been learnt that since Adeleke got to the hospital, his
relations had not come to pay for his treatment. The hospital is
planning to discharge him prematurely. It was learnt that his
treatment had been stopped.
But there is fear that Adeleke might escape if discharged as the
IPO had only visited the suspect once.
Adeleke said his mother was late but added that his brother and
boss were looking for money to offset his medical bills.
Meanwhile, Bisola’s mother and step-father have changed
course on the case.
When our correspondent visited them on Sunday, the step-father,
who did not hide his anger, said he had no money to prosecute
the suspect.
“They should release him. I don’t have any money to move
around to prosecute anybody. We have spent enough money
already. Nobody should come and disturb me again,” he said.
Bisola’s step-father, who did not seem to be literate, was told
that prosecuting Adeleke was not his job but that of the police
and that he did not have to spend money.
“What about moving here and there when the police call us or
when we need to go to court? The man himself is poor. It is not
worth it,” he said.
Bisola’s mother, who seemed helpless in the face of her
husband’s attitude, also concurred.
“We spent money on her treatment; we have even incurred debt.
We will leave the matter to God,” she said.

This innocent lady Above, met an Ikwere Dr who worked with the
commissioner for health (rivers state). And some how they hit it
off. He was so possessive and had total control of her. Being the
naive girl she is, she gave in to all he did almost worshiped him.
He cut her off from her family and friends poisoned her mind
against them. He made her see him as the only one she could
trust.
They got engaged and soon after she could no longer take it
cause she found out he was married but his wife was in South
Africa. She called off the engagement but he wouldn’t have it.
Then he started threatening her. She managed to escape a
kidnap he planned. Later he started sending her threat texts and
mails. Blackmailing her that she must come back or else he ll
ruin her life. That if he couldn’t have her no man ever will and
he would make sure of that.
Not long after the threat he uploaded lots of n*de pictures on
the net (this was in 2010/2011). Put it up on Nigerian P0*n
sites n sent it to all her contacts on facebook and every member
of her family home n abroad. Her colleagues at work n her
church.
Her boss helped her by reporting the issue to the commissioner
for health since that was his boss. And in less than 1hour all the
pictures were down. Her reputation was soiled but she managed
to pick up the pieces.
Now how many years later it re occurs this time even having
larger publicity. She lost her relationship, her job, her life. The
only way she knew how was suicide.
If she dies, this man would have stolen a rare gem from the
world. She not only was decent but had a wonderful heart. Such
a big heart. It will never be well with the man, there is no peace
for the wicked.
We all are praying that she will make it through this struggle
with life n death though when I look at her lying there I seem to
think she has given up already. I know when theres life theres
hope but her lifes been ruined. Her character defamed n rubbed
in d mud.
People are wicked. His turn is coming. Judgement will catch up
with him….
That’s the story as far as I know it. She had such a remarkable
voice, great talent. And yes one more thing; she isnt a gospel
artist. Just a young lady talented in singing who had plans of
getting a record deal and affecting the world positively…
