REVEALED: PDP Governors & APC Seal Power-Sharing Deal

The merger between the APC and the five of the G-7 governors is still
on course and with the way the PDP in Abuja is talking tough, the
remaining two governors may soon join the train, OluFamous.Com
gathered. The new Peoples Democratic Party said on Wednesday that
it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the All
Progressives Congress that will prevent any clash of interest in future.
According to an insider in the party: “We have agreed that the
New PDP governors would control the APC structures in their
states. For Kano and Sokoto, we will reconcile the governors and
their predecessors.”
In a report by NastyGist.Com , both sides agreed that the five PDP governors
who defected to the APC on Tuesday are now in charge of APC in
their respective states and would control the structures of APC.
The five governors are Muritala Nyako(Adamawa), Rabiu Kwakwanso
(Kano), Abdulfatah Ahmed (Kwara), Rotimi Amaechi (Rivers), and
Aliyu Wamakko (Sokoto).
It was also gathered that the governors and leaders of the New PDP
would play active roles in the emergence of the APC presidential
candidate in 2015 and work together to defeat the PDP in the
elections.
With this development, I hear that the governor of Kano State is now a
major contender in the 2015 ticket.
